Terms of Service:

You agree that appointments made and accepted by homeowner and/or their representative are a verbal contract and acceptance of service with Oceanic Repair Service LLC. As such, it is understood that Oceanic Repair Service LLC requires any and all changes to the appointment to be made with no less than 24 hours notice. Payment is due at initial time of service for both labor and parts used. Failure to have a representative on site for scheduled appointment and/or to notify our office of cancellations or the need to reschedule the appointment with less than 24 hours will result in trip charge being due for that confirmed time slot. Payment is due within 15 calendar days to avoid collections activity and/or denial of future service. Our technicians call en route to all scheduled appointments therefore it is pertinent that you verify the proper information is on file for contact-person on site. ** Warranty on Parts Used and Work Performed

90 Day Warranty on parts and labor related to initial reported issue. This excludes malfunction related to improper cleaning, maintenance or usage by the homeowner, tenant and/or occupants. All products are tested on site with homeowner and/or their designated representative before technician departure. Signature obtained at conclusion of service visit indicates your full satisfaction with services rendered and the condition of work area upon completion of service. Products covered by manufacturer warranty and/or service contract providers are subject to terms and conditions as dictated by your agreement with that coverage provider. If coverage or payment is denied, homeowner and/or their designated representative bare full responsibility for payments due to Oceanic Repair Services LLC. *** COVID 19 ***
We at Oceanic Repair are taking everything in regard to this current crisis as serious as possible. We are following all recommendations of the CDC. If you, the customer, have anyone in your household showing any signs of illness, you are required to disclose that and set your service visit request on pause. All parties must agree to act with an abundance of caution to protect the well-being of our clientele and the employees of Oceanic Repair Services LLC. With that being said, when you accept a service visit, you understand that there is a risk involved and you accept all responsibility of all outcomes. Knowingly allowing outside visitors into your home when there are questions about the health of people inside your home would be considered negligence. In order to protect our employees, their families and our client families, it is expected and required that social distancing and mask-usage be observed during the entire length of the service visit by our technicians *and all occupants of the home when within the same room as our service representative*. 

Our technicians are advised not to work on premise without these conditions being met by all parties.  

You understand that by accepting service you also accept all risks and liability and cannot hold Oceanic Repair Service liable or responsible in any regards. 

You understand that by accepting service YOU AGREE that social distancing will be adhered to and masks will be worn by all occupants of the home in the presence of service personnel.

You understand AND AGREE that you will notify our office immediately for rescheduling or putting your service visit on hold if anyone in your home exhibits any signs of illness of any variety so as not to jeopardize the wellness of our employees. 

You understand that failure to abide by the health guidelines above may result in discontinuation of your service visit at the technician's discretion.

This is a NO-Fault contract, accepting repair is the same as accepting these conditions. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Factory Service has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Factory Service shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service and all of it's parts related in any fashion.
